Donation Request Policy

At Firehouse Skate N Play, we value the many charitable organizations working to make a difference in our community. While we wish we could support every request, we must prioritize donations based on existing partnerships and business relationships. Every request is given careful consideration, and we appreciate your understanding.

Types of Donations

For Organizations Currently Doing Business with Us
Eligible organizations may receive:
- Birthday party package certificates and/or gift cards
- Family Feast & Fun certificates (includes admission, skate rental, a large pizza, and a pitcher of soda)
- Free admission coupons for event attendees
For Organizations Not Currently Doing Business with Us
Due to the high demand for donations, we are unable to accept requests from organizations that do not have an existing business relationship with us.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our donation program, organizations must:

Be a nonprofit organization with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (requests without a 501(c)(3) number may not be eligible).
Upload a request letter on official organization letterhead through the form below.
Submit requests at least 30 days before the donation is needed.

Request Submission Guidelines

All requests must be submitted online using the form below.
We do not accept requests via phone, mail, or fax.
Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to provide status updates. If your request is approved, you will be notified via phone or email.
We do not provide monetary donations.
