Party FAQ's

Is a cake included with the party package?
Birthday cakes are not included with our party package. You may bring in your own birthday cake, cup cakes or ice cream cake with your reserved party package. Please NO ice cream or other food or drink items.

Is the birthday child included in the head count?
Yes, Our Unlimited Fun party package include a total of 10 wristbands or participating guests. This is the birthday child and 9 guests. The Unlimited VIP package includes a total of 20 wristbands or participating guests. This is for the birthday child and 19 guests.

How long do parties typically last?
Our parties are booked for 3 hours. If we are open and you would like to stay longer you may do so.

How far in advance do I need to book my party?
We will be happy to book your party at anytime as long as we have space available. We suggest 2 to 3 weeks in advance. We require a deposit to reserve your party date and time. The balance of your party is due on your party day. Your deposit is non-refundable but we will be glad to move your reservation to a different date if needed.

What do I need to bring to my party?
We will provide all your party paper goods. If you would like to bring in special themed party goods we will be glad to set it up for you, please let us know when a party coordinator reaches out to confirm your reservation. All you really need to bring are the kids and the cake.

How do you know who is with my party?
You will receive a confirmation letter & guest list form when you reserve your party. The day of the party you will give your completed guest list to the cashier. We will use this guest list to check in your party guests.

What happens if we have inclement weather?
We will gladly move your party deposit to another date.

What if some of my guests do not show up?

Our Unlimited Fun and Unlimited VIP include up to a certain number of wristbands. If you have extra spots on the list, anyone can be added. Credit is not given for unused wristbands.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your paid party deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions. To avoid additional charges we require at least 15 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your party within 14 days of your party date you will be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for one-hundred percent (100%) of the total party price. *Please note that party cancellations or rescheduling are not accepted by voicemail or email.
